I had the wonderful opportunity to get away this past weekend. I was in Atlanta, GA for a Provincial LEAD conference for the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi. For those of you who do not know, DSP is a co-ed professional business fraternity for just business students.

The LEAD conferences are held around the country and give the collegiate members and alumni a chance to reconnect, enjoy a weekend of brotherhood, and also learn and discuss ways to better the fraternity. I am not going to preach about the benefits of getting involved on campus or joining a professional business fraternity, but I would strongly encourage it if you are a business student and there is a chapter of DSP at your school.

We came back with some good insights for our chapter and there are a couple things that I want to share with you all, so look out for some upcoming posts.

On a side note, Bobby has been working like crazy in his real world job and we both have not been able to post as much as we have wanted to about dorm room business ideas and other troubles young entrepreneurs face, so if you would be interested in joining Dorm Room Biz as a regular writer or a guest poster, feel free to contact me.
