		<description>Hi Goldie - I do think that charisma can have an effect on the online world as well. You can have charismatic traits come through in your writing or other work online for sure. An example from the post would be when it reads: Charisma is difficult to define, but the result is admiration, enthusiasm, and the loyalty of followers. As a blog owner and writer, it is important to continually adapt, continue to preserver, be loyal to your readers (your followers) and be able to show your enthusiasm for the topic so that it gets past on to them. Obviously charisma doesn&#039;t play as much a roll in the online world as the real world, but I believe it does make a difference.
