There are so many different businesses that students can start while in college, it is amazing. For many, it seems impossible to start a business from their dorm room, but in reality, you can start just about ANY business from your small room…and hopefully your roommate doesn’t mind! With the end of the semester and graduation quickly approaching, it is time to figure out what kind of business you want to start as a college student – whether it is from your dorm room or your apartment or your parents basement. The summer time is a student’s best chance to start working on building a business and then being ready to launch it when you return to school in the fall.
What business ideas do you have?
If I may be so bold, I would at to the list “anything you want.” Michael Dell started a computer company, Bill Gates started a software company. There are 1000’s of other businesses out there all started while in college. The key, in my opinion, is follow your hearts desires. Do what you love and you will love building your company, while in college, no matter what it is!
