That means that they sell premium WordPress themes, and also offer membership into their themes club. Membership offers you the chance to have access to all of their themes over a 3 or 6 month period, whichever you prefer, rather than purchasing each theme separately. This is a great advantage to the designer/developer because you can sign up and download any current and future themes that come out during your membership period.

I’ve been looking for an effective way to redesign 3-5 WordPress sites of mine and WooThemes has come up to be the answer.
