Dorm Room Biz was originally started to be an outlet for me to be able to discuss different college/dorm room business ideas with other like minded entrepreneurs. While I had accomplished this in the beginning, I want to get back to the roots of Dorm Room Biz and start discussing ideas again.
The past few months, Dorm Room Biz has grown greatly – we joined the Mind Petals network, received many links, and even picked up 3 guest bloggers. So, over the next couple weeks, I will be throwing out different small business ideas and looking for some feedback. Who knows, maybe one idea will be something that interests you!
It happens often that young entrepreneurs (and older ones too) get caught up in the hustle and bustle of a project and easily get side tracked from the original purpose of the project and what it was meant to do. I think it is important for young entrepreneurs especially to never loose sight of the reason you start a project so that you can always make sure you are in line with your goals and are going to be able to reach the success that you wanted. Being able to pick up some extra side items along the way (in my case 3 guest bloggers and the Mind Petals network) can always be added bonuses as long as there is one main focus you stick with!
