You want to be able to stay in touch with one another no matter what, and even though the idea of talking across multiple channels might be overwhelming, it’s often the best way to reliably communicate. 

Feedback is Taken On Board

A reliable team changes the way they work according to what you need. If you have some points to pass on, they should be active listeners. Look for this in the initial interview; it’s one of the best soft skills someone can possess in the market.

You want your team to come to you with problems, and you’re happy to give them solutions, but they should also be able to take on challenges without your need to get involved.
