But the important thing to remember is that when you are working at home, you are able to have more control over your surroundings. And for many people, the balance is perfect. But you may want to think about upgrading your home environment, especially if your business is going in the right direction. Working at home is not about being at arm’s length from luxury, but it’s about making sure that you are able to work in an environment that keeps you focused. When you start to hire more people, you may realize that you have no choice but to set up an office environment, because it will improve your collaboration efforts and productivity, as far as teamwork is concerned. You have to remember that people are demanding they work from home or these days. So in the interim, while you are building up your business, working at home can be a fantastic way to learn the ropes, and develop your skills.
